Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.

• Documentation and Communication:

  • Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flow diagrams.
  • Communicate requirements and project progress effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to ensure alignment and understanding among stakeholders.

• Solution Design and Validation:

  • Collaborate with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Validate and verify the implemented solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business performance.

• Project Management:

  • Assist in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and requirement management.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or similar.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific business processes and systems.
• Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
